qmail tweak

Hello,

I am running an autoresponder on a new dual core system that has qmail on it. It is supposed to be able to handle over 1 million emails a day. I have emailed thru it some, but it is already plugged up and not sending out important emails like IPN notifications, etc...

need help tweaking qmail for maximum mailing.
