(AWS Consultancy) Assistance for Reserved Instance Creation and Modification in AWS

We had multiple Instances running on AWS. A while back we had purchased some Reserved Instances but are still being billed triple the amount that is being shown in the running instance. As we are not experts in AWS, we are not able to solve this issue via AWS support. We would like to have Consultation in correcting this issue and purchasing or modifying correct Reserved Instances for our usage.
