Lunching MongoDB replica set over multiple servers

I need someone to run a MongoDB replica set. I will give you 3 Digitalocean droplets that have a private network to each other and 3 valid hostnames that has been pointed to the valid IPs of these droplets. I need a MongoDB standard replica set on these 3 servers by these conditions:

- My applications from any servers and IPs can connect to this set.

- This set should allow any IP to connect (I will limit IPs by Nginx, not MongoDB engine)

- Scalable Set

- Standard SSL configuration

- Backup and restore option (backups should be a snapshot that I could connect to them by tunnel and run read-only queries in the backup.)

- I need a full documentation for what did you do in a configuration that if I wanna destroy servers and run the set again myself, I could do that based on your doc.

This set should works as a Saas for my applications.
