We can install , configure and mange the required sms solution as mentioned. The smpp configuration would be done in kannel and you can either install playsms or any frontemd that is compatible with kannel.

Hi, I have over 8 years experience running kannel and emg. I can setup your kannel gateway with sqlbox which is more efficient for bulk sms, sqlbox and kannel will manage your message queue better than kannel alone. Setup will take 24hrs if I am just setting up kannel and sqlbox and connecting to the smpp gateway of your choice. I also handle asterisk gateways for robocall and IVR.
