System Admin with Tomcat, DNS & VPS Server Experience Req

We need a good, experienced System Admin with Tomcat, SSL, DNS & VPS Server Experience to do a simple 10 to 15 minute task. We are working on an app store using this script: https://docs.wso2.com/display/APPM120/Introducing+App+Manager. The script uses Tomcat and is installed on a VPS server. While we are working on the website we do not want anyone to see the app store while it is under construction. We have a "Coming Soon" page located on the server. When people visit our domain we want them to see the "Coming Soon" page and not be redirected to the internal pages where we are working on the app store as is the case now. We need this done without messing up the SSL settings on any of our main homepage, sub directory folders or sub domain folder URLs. Our SSL settings and configurations must not be disturbed because we must be able to work on the website behind the scenes in private and we need to be able to upload our test apps into SECURE (https) sub domain or sub directory folders while the site is under construction. If you have the System Admin experience + you are familar with Tomcat and VPS servers then we would like you to move our "Coming Soon" page on to our main domain without messing up our secure SSL URL settings. This should take a good System Admin 10 to 15 minutes and we can pay $10 to $15 (MAXIMUM) for this task Please leave PM if interested
