Create Logo and Select/Install with Joomla Template

I need a logo designed for my business/website and I need that logo matched with a Joomla template, which will be installed by the winning bidder (along with a couple pieces of my content). The logo and template must be cool, clean, "now." The website will be only one page for right now.

## Deliverables

I first and foremost need a great logo. It is a law-related business called ChiefComplianceOfficer. I want to emphasize the initials CCO. We need to convey 2009, yet also trustworthiness and dependability. A Chief Compliance Officer is one of the most important people in a firm and needs to be the most honorable and upstanding. The winning bidder will marry his/her design to a nice, clean template for Joomla 1.5 and install the lot (I have a good one on my site now--you should find other free Zoomla 1.5 templates with appropriate licenses if you think it matches your design better). It's only a one page site for now. I have two articles for download and will want a space to write about the business, and I will expect you to setup the template so that my content appears correctly. So essentially, you will be designing a logo (I will require the editable .ai or .psd file) and a one page Joomla site, for which I will provide all content, and install same.
