Hello, this task can be done in python using the NLTK package and pytorch. It would be a machine learning task for which we ideally have a lot of data. If you do not have this available we might be able to scrape a job postings site somewhere, depending on the domain you're interested in.

Hello, Just now I've completed a PoC for a Search Engine that is required to be developed for a given Document Management System. I developed the PoC using Python, Tensorflow, and Universal Sentence Encoder (to generate the embeddings for documents and the search query). The given documents (though limited) are heavily preprocessed to achieve the desired accuracy. As the project is yet to be completed, (it might take a couple of weeks to do so), I would like to know if you are ok with this and, in the meantime, I would also like to go through the detailed flow of the system so as to understand its working and see if I can help you with the same.
