Needs Analysis. I. Evaluating the existing store and steps required to migrate the existing store to Magento2. 2. Evaluating if the migration script would be able to handle the data as is or custom scripts required? Orders, Customers, CMS Pages / Blocks, Products, Media folder 3. Evaluating what extensions need to be transferred. 4. Migrating existing store to Magento 2 with a responsive theme. 5. Evaluate SEO score within current site and how that can be improved. 6. Test and report on current coding. 7. Actively seek out any problems and provide scenarios. You should show experience in this area. You will need to price per hour for this consulting job. We will discuss the above processes via Skype and share screen where needed.
