magento sites keep on going down after Plesk update

Hi, I have recently updated our plesk to Obsidian 18.0.20 and for some reason it keep crashing our magento sites, to make them live again we have to clear all the caches session files from all magento sites and then restart nginx, apache, maria DB and PHP. and then it works. it has crashed so far 4 times so we need some urgent solution. you need to check the logs and see what is causing this, is it cache issue? or php?? only bid for the price you will complete the project. thank you.
