We’re looking for a Mailchimp expert to look after our online ecommerce email list and take some ownership over increasing revenue through automations, segments and increasing lifetime value of our customer base. Ideally looking for someone to work on an automated email strategy for new and returning customers (we have a basic one set up already), help send weekly or bi-weekly EDMs, and help drive the lifetime value of our customers higher across the year. Assisting with any further best practices like segmenting, a/b testing and strategies you would recommend for us would be fantastic. Essentially looking to outsource our email operations We would like to send out 2-3 email campaigns per week, one to our wholesale customers and 2 to our retail customers, we're after someone to manage our Mailchimp ecommerce mailing list with a bi-weekly mailout to increase our current return and optimize and nurture our sales and lifetime value of our customers. We currently have some general automations such as abandoned carts, first purchases, secondary purchases, and some welcome email flows, and are looking for an expert to assist with segmenting and split testing for maximum return"
