Market survey about Stockholm area real estate situation

Hello! We are looking for a person, preferably local Swedish who lives in Stockholm area and who could help us by doing the market survey about Swedish real estate situation. More precisely about residential market, which could be invoked to start to build ca 200 m2 house with 12 rooms. About the house The house purpose is 1. to provide accommodation place for our company workers and 2. rent out other available rooms to people who work or study in Stockholm area. So the house is basically a rental house with 12 private rooms on one floor and with shared kitchen, living room, relaxing/meditation room and shared toilets and washing room (see the attached file about the very basic drawing). Our plan is to build the house with 2 floors so in that case there will be 24 rooms. We want to build the house very energy efficiency and to use solar panels on the roof. About the survey The aim of the market survey is to identify the availability and price levels (rental and sale) of potential land plots for this type of houses. Also interviews with 3-5 Stockholm area real estate brokers and developers, who have practical experience in the development of a similar projects. Market Data analysis and interviews compiled conclusions and recommendations for the development and market entry opportunities. We expect a report in English, which consists of the following components: 1. General overview of Swedish real estate situation in the present and in the future.
