PURPOSE OF THE ROLE….
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales executive to build a business in the high growth area of bicycle industry. Be responsible for driving new business throughout the U.S markets. This will include prospecting and qualifying new accounts, identifying and nurturing opportunities within new accounts, and developing and managing business relationships through to contract signing.
Develop territory plan in coordination to map target customers aligned to Lastlight’s product and service lines
Build an effective pipeline of opportunities to meet target quota sales numbers $5k monthly sales.
Create effective account plans to open and maximize new business opportunities
Collaborate with the Client Services teams to cross-sell and expand the Lastlight foot print.
Work with US/Europe, the Middle East counterparts to close global deals
Ensure timely and effective transition of closed accounts to Client Services
Provide feedback to Product/Service Line Manager regarding product features, enhancements, pricing, positioning, competitive analysis and required sales materials/support
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE THAT WILL CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS YOUR SUCCESS IN THE ROLE….
Ability to act with diligence and autonomy, with a focus on bottom line business results
Successful track record in new business sales development, with strong, demonstrable sales skills in meeting sales quota target.
Excellent presentation, persuasion, negotiation skills
Passion or at least appreciation for bicycle industry / trade(s) (mechanical, analytics, technology) and how they drive business results for brands
One local language plus English is essential
Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with Senior level Executives
HOW YOUR WORK WILL BE ASSESSED….
Your performance will be measured against hitting quotas set for both annual recognized revenue and total contract value booked.
Commissions will be paid quarterly in arrears on the agreed plan upon final agreement.
