Hello, I can provide you with all 4 needed document you stated in the brief based of software analysis for each piece of equpiment. I would conduct a preliminary structural design to determine overall size of the foundation then conduct an analysis which will give me a structural report with needed reinforcement. Then I would produce shop drawings and reinforcement schedule for each foundation. There is a lot of work so I suggest turnover time of 2 weeks.
