Hi i need to create a simple data storing access DB where we will enter daily data which shall store in a table. All such stored data shall be retrieved in a prescribed template if date is entered. we have been doing it in Excel so far. The first sheet will have data entry where we enter all the data. Next page is the format which gets the data from the first sheet and display in prescribed format which we print and submit to the head office. But we have been creating one excel file every day hence to retreive any data we are unable to automate and have to manually do. For example i want to see the consumption of fuel on a particular month, then i have to open 30 different files and manually caluclate all 30 days consumption to get monthly consumption. hence now i want to go to microsoft access so that we can store, retrieve, run reports etc. I am quoting as a simple project but payment would not be an issues to deserving candidate

In simple words you want a quick and smart way to print your bills or docs rather than doing this in excel daily in annoying n repetitive manner.
