SQL(excel file) access on cloud

Ive sql db need to be restore and create on the server and we need a link to access , so that on cloud we can access or edit anywhere the sql accounting. We need something about ip address to access my external link SQL,example [login to view URL] is another company set up for us, they set up for us and give the username and psw for us to access our own SQL. What I need now you do now the same what they have done, but all under our own server IP or domain URL represent,then inside can access what we need for the [login to view URL] do not want used the port forwarding because it's easier for hackers attacks On the cloud for the SQL access(most excel file) 1. When export the excel on the cloud, I want it can direct to our desktop (own pc) 2. Other than the SQL, can have share folder in cloud server(the ip/domains), so we no need send the file each file, if it can let all get in cloud share folder. Basically A webpage when operator access [login to view URL] after they login they will all to here [login to view URL] , this part the user and password our end will provide to them Then it will 4 company or more will have drop down option for them to choose for the operator to choose which one the db(excel) They will access and edit anyting they wish. Then what if , developer want update the new db or add new or remove old one so they can easily restore it at here easily [login to view URL] The software not installed on a pc it's just cloud server directly,mean everything set up on remote server inside, then operator just log in [login to view URL] from anywhere to support edit/share the excel Short to say : i)The rdp to server , no one can handle but only for manager ii) What operator and staff they only access the IP address edit and share iii) What developer only access the db restoration Let me know if you can done and able provide me the documentation.
