I HAVE NO SOURCE CODE OR ANYTHING TO START WITH, ONLY THE ARTWORK. YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUILD ME A FULL GAME ON IPHONE, IPAD AND ANDROID.
I want the uploaded artwork used, the FULL game built and the following features created :-
The game should randomly select a target number between 11 and 19. (Ignore the fact that artwork shows target number as 50)
The game should count down from 60 seconds after giving a 3-2-1 starting count.
The game should allow users to draw a line through numbers on the grid which add up to the target number. ie target number = 12, they draw a line through 4-3-1-2-2. these numbers should disappear and the numbers above slide down as in candy crunch, bejewelled etc
Each time they play, they have to hit the target more times in order to move to the next level. Level 1 requires 5 Target hits.
The player has 2 'shuffles' they can use by selecting the 'shuffle' button which will randomise the numbers again.
After level 5, the game will produce 'Jokers' in place of a number. This will look like a joker from a card deck and can be used in combination with any amount of numbers to create a successful hit target.
After level 10, the game will also produce 'number bombs' these will look like little cartoon bombs and when any number immediately around it (numbers immediately next to it or above/below it) are used to solve a successful target hit, it will destroy all the numbers in the same ROW and COLUMN as the bomb and replace them with new numbers.
After Level 15, the game will produce (rarely) a WIPEOUT. A WIPEOUT looks like a little twinkling star. The WIPEOUT should be simply selected by touching the WIPEOUT icon on its own, it will then automatically solve all available target hits on the current page before totally renewing all the numbers on the page.

'Extra Shuffle' - Increases their number of shuffles by 1 and stays with them until used (They must use ALL of their shuffles in one level to lose their extra shuffle or shuffles, depending on how many they buy) - £0.69
'90 Second Clock' Giving them more time to reach the required number of target hits to move to the next level. - £0.99
'Starting Joker' - Gives them a joker on their starting grid - £1.69 (Carries over to next level if not used)
'Starting Bomb' - Gives them a Bomb on their starting grid - £1.99 (Carries over to next level if not used)
'Starting joker/Bomb Combo' - 'Gives both on the starting grid (cannot start on same line or column as not to be affected by each other immediately) -

'Starting WIPEOUT' - Gives a WIPEOUT on starting page £3.69 (Carries over to next level if not used)
'Domination Package' - Gives a Bomb, Joker and a WIPEOUT together. £5.99
'Level hop' - Passes user to the next level automatically. £3.99 for first use. Price increases by £1 every time it is purchased
