I would like a fairly basic app, where Gymn-Goers can log thier stats, such as how much wieght they're lifting per exercise, how many reps per excersize, and then store the data so they can refer back to it and monitor thier progress over time. I want it similar to the app called stregth calc natty, but better.

I have understood you requirements. I have been developing android applications recently. User will be given a dropdown menu of exercises which he will select and add reps and weight to it. That will be stored in a local database so he can view it later how he has improved.
