Ios multiplayer card guessing game, like draw something but without complex game element

Own server and it's script development by you - user sign up and login, only using Facebook and Game Center - setting random cards assigned to 2 players of the game, and remember them until the game ends - remembers players' guess input - records of win loss between the players Ios game - simple interface - have to log in to Facebook or game center to start a game - to start a game have to send request to their Facebook or Game Center friends - games starts by retrieving randomly assigned cards from server - some rules to limit their guesses - basically everything is like draw something but the game interface is much easier, basically it's like a browser retrieving datas from server and displays them, and input buttons for guessing. I'm looking for the whole game development until it's publishment, so I will not consider milestones, however the funds will be locked in freelancer until then.
