I am looking for a website which has the basic features of a website. It should be structured for two kinds of users. One should be similar to administrators with certain rights, the other should be a simple account which can deposit information and stay in touch with the "administrator" through the website and mobile phone. The mobile phone part is key here. It should be possible for the user to send pictures, videos and lengthy text messages back and forth. Of course there should be a payment system included but i am aware joomla makes extensions for this. The payment should occure when the administrator asks for it after the messages have been received from the user. These are the basic structural requirements. This is of course not all but all other things are very small and easy things as i know joomla myself and worked with it a lot previously. However I sadly do not have the time to create this myself.
