Android Phone Dialer

I am looking for a phone dialer for android devices (android 4 and above) such that it does not show the phone number being called for privacy reasons. The provided application can have a screen with text field where the number to be called is typed and then hitting the call button, the call is connected. The user should see the call information (like dialing etc.) while the call is being connected but not display the phone number to the user. The application will provide a string which should be to the user in place of the phone number. The dialled phone number should not be stored in the last dialled number list. There should not be any changes to the contacts list on the phone. The delivered android application should work on all android versions 4 and above. If the experience can be delivered only on some specific version of android and above, please mention it in the bid. My budget for this is around 50$.
