Android studio - Bug fix

I have 2 bugs you need to fix right now if you can

will not send you the project files, you will do it throw teamviewer

if you can do it in 20 mins and grantee that I will award you the project and create the milestone, else don't bid.

Bugs Are :

1) Google Map API : getLastKnownlocation returns null, I think because permissions on the run time doesn't work

2) ListView : I have an activity contains custom listView. when I run the app the listview not shown
