Hi there, Any detailed description could have helped me to make this proposal better, heh . However The trouble isn't creating the app but actually understanding the need. I am android developer and 3D generalist, so I am pretty good at making user attractive apps as 90% of the apps get their rating by the interface. Coming to point, Will this application is going to be subscriber based, so it allows the subscriber to broadcast short messages to other subscribers of the service.
