We have a mobile app built using C#, HybridWebView/Xamarin.

In our app, we have used an HTML page where we searched the data by WorkOrder No and Control No and now we want to update it with "speech recognition" similar to google assistant/google home with its own custom "hot word":

- Highly commented to fully understand the code.

- A simple Xamarin forms window (C#, HybridWebView/Xamarin, Javascript) with a "start/stop service" button (but when started it must listen all the time for the "hot word" trigger.

- Microsoft or Google API (which must work both offline and online).
