Develop voice recording app for both iPhone and Android. Design app for Android that enables users to record their voice (maximum 5 seconds) and make multiple tracks that can be merged (up to 3 tracks) creating one unique audio file. Example: User create audio file with 3 separate 5 second tracks. App will merge the tracks as one audio file for playback.
