This is a serious project and would require you to thoroughly read through the description and only then apply with a proper proposal (instead of copy paste content) Mobile App: Similar to Tinder app but not for dating, to locate people locally based on specific criteria. Phases explained : Phase 1 : iOS app Development Phase 2 : Android app Development Phase 3 : Website integration for user login and update account details. Concept for Phase 1 & 2: The app should work similar to tinder/swap feature. It will look for people around the locality based on given match/criteria. Both users can create their own profile Both users gets notified on specific criteria for users around User 1 can contract user 2 and user 2 can either select user 1 or reject. They can communicate through message and images/files. Concept for Phase 3: The web interface will be very simple like any other App website. But will only have the functionality of Login. User can log in their accounts and can update their profiles, add texts/images based on their needs. And same will reflect on their respective profile on mobile app. Developer responsibility : - You will be responsible from end to end of the mobile apps and website as a whole - As I mentioned the app would work similar to Tinder so a very minimalist graphics involved. But still you’ll be responsible for all graphics etc. - You will provide all necessary support in designing, developing, testing and till submission of app in respective app stores. Any changes required will have to be implemented. - The scope and detailed flow of app will be shared with you and NDA has to be signed by the developer. - Throughout development stage the scope of work will not expand however any tweaking or deviation from the project specification document in order to improve the flow and efficiency of the app has to be effectively executed by the developer. Owner responsibility: - Will provide detailed project specification document - Flow and conceptual functionality of the app will be shared. This concept and all content of the app would be strictly my property and not be shared before or after the expiration/completion. You are requested - To bid separately for each phase in your proposal. - Although most likely the winner will get all three phases, based on his reviews/proposals and bid. - Please entre the timelines for the development as well. - Anything addition you require from myself.
