map based app to connect customer with service provider with billing

the design of the app will be provided by my side the app users : admin , service provider, customers each one have different app or console the app split into 2 type of services : 1- reservation and booking like hair stylist where the its going to be his place (he should share his location through the app) or the service provider place 2- book service provider through the app to come to his place and billing him by hour from the time the job start with bill report send to customer email customer app should have the following requirement : 1- create profile with all the personal details(home address, phone number, etc..) 2-can search through map for the service he want with filter ability on price range, nearest service provider and category 3- book service provider and get contact details for the service provider. 4-after the job is done the customer can pay through visa stored in his account or pay cash and get the bill by email with all the details(time the job taken , map of service provider movement when the job happens ) service provider app should have the following requirement : 1- the admin create account for him with all the details (address , phone number , price range , etc..) 2-get notification on jobs with timer if he didn't respond by the time allowed the canceled 3- accept job get the customer and job details 4- start the job the time he go to the customer 5-after the job is done bill appear depend on job time have taken 6- can add to the bill addition cost for equipment he used. admin panel should have the following requirement : 1- create accounts for the service provider with differnt job rate deppending on the service provider 2- create category of job types 3-report 4-the app should count commissions from the jobs completed
