Need a simple Android app

I have this kind of apps, [login to view URL] I store video links & thumbnails in my server at [login to view URL] and I get them via API to the Android app where I show videos from YouTube. I want to know when my API responds and when throws error and what is the response time. For this , I need a small Android App that will be installed only in my Phone. The app will send API requests to my web server for several sub domains that I use for Android app. If the response is other than success. It will notify me via Android notification. Following features needed, 1. Check response status - link wise 2. Check response time - link wise 3. Record both 4. Check in every x (configurable) minute 5. Option for manual testing also 6. Notification with custom sound when status code is other than success and response time is more than x (configurable )seconds. 7. domains to be checked are configurable (I can add or delete) 8. Notification ON/OFF error code wise Please write your doubts in your proposal so that I know you have gone through the project which will save both of our time.
