Roster and Leave management

we are a restaurant group with ~200 staff across 7 shops
I want an app to manage the roster for each shop and leave balance for each employee
Users:
- able to have 200-500 users
- each user is a staff in various departments (service, kitchen, bar, accounts, marketing, admin)
- each user can use the app to apply Annual Leave, for their manager to approve.
- each user will have 6 Rostered Day Off per month
Roster:
- Each shop (currently 7) needs to have its own weekly roster
- Only the Managers of each shop can set the weekly roster
- Shifts are broken down into Day shift (11-4pm) and Night shift (5-10pm)
Mark Attendance
- At the end of the day the Manager marks the attendance; sometimes Staff call in Sick or No-show
