Application Scope: Create a Simple Application for users of a device. The device accepts certain SMS and replies. But to avoid typing the text of each message every time an IOS/Android app is required. The Application shall provide the required options to send these messages with a click of an icon. Only 2 Access level required. Only 15 SMS option required which depending and your input can be limited to only 11. Limited users shall have fewer options. Users must be able to download this application from google plat and apple store with free and paid option since i dont know the final decision. No need to connect the app with the device at all. The app must be as simple as to send the required pre-defined SMS to any mobile number (selection up to 5 numbers) which each will send to another device) the user selects.
