Window Apllication

Hi there I'm looking for: A small application for Windows (stand-alone for multiple workstations) to read and adapt step-files of pipes (step-file parser). Analyze them in X, Y, Z coordinates and calculate the distance between bends (DBB), the rotation (POB) and the angle of the bends (DOB). The second input possibility is via excel (CSV) of X, Y, Z, and the radius. And then adapt the data. Including a batch processing. If, needed, allow adapting the radius of bends, without changing the X, Y, Z or vice versa. The mathematical understanding is provided (simple 3D vector geometry), but a basic knowledge of vector geometry is requested. Output-files: -PDF with the data and a small picture/visualization (like the attachment). -step file with the adapted data Units of input and output.
