Write/Design iphone app for Booking cars

I need someone to Design and Write an app for booking cars on iOS including admin Panel The app should be native app written with (SWIFT) The requirements (Register and Login) 1- Registration will include Name - Phone number - Email - Password - Agree the TOS and Privacy policy 2- Login will request the Email or Phone number + Password (Booking Cars) (Main page) (if the user in not supported country will allow them to select a country) 1- Cars Models and Prices will be different for each Location/Country also sometimes it has discounts (will show old and discounted price) 2- Each Car has Model 3- Each Car has making year 4- Each car has details 5- Each car has status (Available - Unavailable) *if it booked it will show when it will be available if it's booked in that time it will be unavailable 6- Each car has users review (Only users who booked the car can review) 7- User can use hourly (Only pickup) or per way (Will need pickup - dropoff) including pickup time 8- User can book 1 up to 10 hours each extra hour will give discounts sometimes 9- Payment method (Credit card - Some places CASH - Balance - Add promo code) *(Promo code sometimes make it free ride) (Settings) User Settings 1- Change name change 2- Phone number change 3- Email change 4- Password change 5- Change Payment method (Current card last 4 numbers - Add new card - delete card - cash) 6- Log out 7- Deposite money as balance Ride Settings 1- Upcoming rides ( Can be canceled 1:30 hour before the ride time) (Includes Car model - Hourly or one way - Pickup and dropoff location - Price - Payment Method including last 4 credit card number) 2- History will see the rides before (Includes Car model - Hourly or one way - Pickup and dropoff location - Price - Payment Method including last 4 credit card number) (Ability to rate the trip) with comments and stars (Contact us) Will show a form to contact us **Admin Panel** -Manage Cars on the app -Manage Locations on the app -Manage users and Their cards and Bookings -Manage Promo Codes -Manage bookings (Will receive an email when someone book car directly) **User will be charged after we approve the booking **User will receive an email confirmation for receiving the booking **User will receive an invoice after we approve and charge for the booking *Only low good prices will be accepted
