Write an iPhone application

I would like an app built. A simple mock up for a presentation I’ll be presenting. The most important thing for me is efficiency, and quality. The graphics should be perfect. I have attached a sketch of the app I would like. There’s only two screens. Instructions explaining the app; [refer to the "sketch" attachment] Screen #1: use the logo as is, no color changes. make the clouds move sideways. make the clouds seem real and animated. the sky should be clear blue as shown in the sample. Screen #2: have the words “Oops, looks like we’re still working on making the world a better place…” on top as shown on the screen. the dots at the end of the sentence should come and go, come and go, as the globe rotates. the globe should be 3d, and rotates as the starts move around too in perfect universal manner. it should seem real, calm and beautiful. TIPS: all graphics should be of high quality. i only have one file for the logo, so sharpen it to make it better.
