Perform User Research and gather User Requirements by activities such as interviews, focus groups, etc.

Gather business requirements from Interviews with stakeholders and Workshops.

Translate the user research into Personas/User Profiles and Scenarios.

Design UX deliverables including Sitemap, Wireframes, Storyboard, and Flowcharts/Process Flows using Mockups.

Create prototypes for designed work flows.

Create and present Strategy and Roadmaps to clients for mobile spaces.

Perform Heuristic Evaluations on Mobile products; and present the results and recommendations.

Planning, Estimating and Presenting Sales and Strategy from the User Experience perspective.
