hello, I have read your full description and get what you need . I have been working on c# mysql for 4 years I am also working on odesk but I am new at freelancer.com. I have made software like this which is much similar to that may be this will not take much time for completion because my previous software that I made management system had also multilogin system,monthly/daily/yearly record , receipt, crystal reporting,Export to excel in all reports also Backup/Restore option that works online and data saved to cloud which you can retrieve.
