- Collect the details including the Year of purchase,
- AMC(Maintenance contracts) details
- If need be the costing of the equipments
- Any insurance involved for the machinery
- Next Maintenance date
Then create reports based on the captured parameters
- Due for maintenace
- Insurance renewal date
- Expiry date tracking etc.
- Have done DB designing and GUI screens and reports in MS Access.
- Like contracts renewal, software licencsing, materials handling(Invoice generation) etc.
- Depending on the scope of the work the project could be expanded in phases.
