The project is base on: A) WEB SERVICE PRODUCER (SOAP or RESTFUL) AND CONSUMER (SOAP) B) WEB SERVICE PRODUCER (SOAP) C) CLIENT (SOAP OR RESTFUL) We supply the WSDL and XSD files for “A” (only consumer) and “B”. “A” will be producer for the connection with the client C (vb.net form, preemtive basic authentication, SOAP or RESTFUL) The connection between A and C will be in VB.NET with WFC, SOAP, PREEMPTIVE BASIC AUTHENTICATION (ON HTTPS) The connection between A (consumer) and an external web service will be on HTTPS based on certificate (.crt,.[login to view URL]) that must be also set/installed on the server. We required the working services and the IIS HTTPS configuration/settings. The Client (C) should login in (A) and after verify in the mysql table the correct login will be authoriza to access 3 or 4 operation/method one of this to upload a file and one to download a file, after the upload (A) will send the file to the external web service. Files are sent in BASE64binary and will be use MTOM.
