We need a Visual Basic 6.0 function (or C++ or Delphi .dll that can be imported by VB6) that will dump the memory of a process given the process ID to a file. The function should dump the entire memory (primary, variable, and main .exe file as well) to either the same file or seperate files.
Function may look something like:
DumpProcess("1028", "[login to view URL]")
If it only works on NT based systems, that is OK (meaning it is different and too hard to get code for this on 95/98/ME). We will give a $25 bonus if the code can do this to processes on windows XP (and many for NT/2000) that are not on the Administrator account (say you are logged in on user "Test" and the user "Administrator" is also logged in, we will pay the bonus if the function can dump say, [login to view URL] or other process not accessable on user "Test".

The primary (or variable) memory of a process can be very large, so a range can be specified to dump in the DumpProc function, say from byte "162763" to byte "596210"
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
