PHD IN eCOMMERCE-I need a consultant or company who can help me develop a dating site –including writing business plan

Hi I am a director of a very large media company in the UK we employ around 150 people – but independently of the company I want to develop a dating site concept – it is NOT sexual in its nature but rather caters to a group of people not currently looked after. Initially I want to hear from somebody with excellent english writing skills and have expertise in this field that would right a business plan and create a job specification. I would want the individual to compare the functionality of similar sites and then advise on who the work should go to. This would be idael work for a very bright student doing a PHD or MBA in e commerce. The second stage would be to build and perhaps maintain the site. This work would ONLY go to a company that could show me examples of similar work the had already done – a high standard of graphic design work would be required. – working alongside me on this project will be a very eminent professor of e commerce in the UK- This is a good opportunity for the brightest PHD or MBA student from India’s best University to make valuable contacts in the UK – I would like your proposal to include a list of your academic achievements as well as a way of ratifying the standing of that University or College internationally.
