Get/Set Settings from Windows 8.1 Mail App -- 3

THIS IS 3rd REPOST! I NEED A EXPERT FOR THIS PROJECT! NOT SOMEONE FROM INDIA WHO MEANS HE CAN DO THIS JOB! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You bet for create a Application, written in vb.net (Visual Studio 2010 or higher) that read and write the Settings from Windows 8.1 RT (Phone or Pad) MAIL Application. Depencies should be just in .NET Framework! just a simple form or console Application wich can Switch some Settings ON/OFF and Read/Write Text for Signature. I will have for a Demonstration a simple compiled Software wich can Switch use Sigature ON/OFF read/write Signature-Text and and Switch Automatic Replies ON/OFF and read/write the Text into the Field for it. Not Need to bet, if you are not able to send me a working DEMO-Application. See Attachment for additional Screenshot with Description. Job must be done within 5 days. I need a stat of work every day. Thats is requirement for this job. The Mail app included in Windows 8 automatically adds the signature "Sent from Windows Mail" to the bottom of all of your new email messages.
