The POSIX specification covers a very large API - referring to many different aspects of an operating system. Can you be more specific about what specific programming areas you need help with? Is it just network-related programming you need help with? Or do you need assistance with other aspects of operating system control (e.g. threading, inter-process communication, timers, etc.)? I have some experience with programming raw TCP and UDP sockets - using the Berkeley sockets API - if that is the area you will be working on. My timezone is GMT+1 (Irish Standard Time).
