Online Playground Design Tool

We have a project that we don't have the resources inhouse to complete and so are looking for a reliable and talented developer / designer to help us. You would be working on this project for our customer as a subcontractor for me-too.net. OVERALL GOALS: 1. Produce a real time 3d rendered map editor to help design and visualize skate parks / playgrounds. 2. The map editor must be available online to the user. 3. Save the users design as a data file. 4. Print outs to be made available to the user. FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Design play areas / skate parks online. 2. A variety of predetermined floor shapes to be available for the user to enter their floor space dimensions, plus a freeform floor space design option. 3. Be intuitive and easy to use. Drag and drop from a menu of icons placed along the left of the screen. 4. Icons to incorporate shadow circle illustrating safety space thereby preventing an “unsafe” design. 5. View the completed design visualisation in a style of (isometric, full 3d 360 degree turntable render, 3d render fixed perspective, top down birds eye view). 6. Save the users design as a data file. 8. The terms and conditions for the use of the website design facility precludes the use for commercial purposes and it precludes the use of third party companies or their employees. Any print-out will need the logo and contact information permanently “superimposed”. The customer has many .XSI files of the various play area elements and therefore think that a VRML solution or similar would be easier / cheaper than a Flash solution. By emailing and requesting the fuller project spec for this project you are agreeing to keep the information supplied confidential and not to make it available to any third party. In addition you agree to not procure orders from the company to which the project relates for a period of three years unless the company is already a customer of yours. All that said, I think this is a really exciting project and am looking forward to developing a long term business relationship with a skilled developer that we can pass similar projects to also.
