Hi, I've Photographed many homes and renovations, my rates are $80 per hour including travel time from Liverpool, a typical job in Sydney will often be around $160 to $240. No Payment is required until the job is complete. I am a self-employed freelancer, so my prices are very competitive, I regularly wholesale my services to Marketing Agencies, Graphic Designers and other Web Design Agencies. I’m an Australian and based in Sydney, with a registered Pty Ltd Company and ABN for additional peace of mind. I am generally available from 9am to 10pm Australian EST, including weekends. I have over 20 years’ experience in the IT Industry, I'm proficient with all aspects of Web Development / Design, Internet marketing, Digital Photography and have produced a large variety of different websites. My pricing is basis on a per hour basis, assuming that each location requires about an hour for set up and photography. Travel expenses may need to be negotiated. I assume that the location is pristine and not in need of cleaning, and that it is free of spectators (unless people are required in the photo). I have the necessary portable lighting equipment, tripods, etc. Post processing of the images is expected to be minimal. Delivery of the images can either be high resolution JPEGs and/or the RAW images. I am happy to offer an initial trial shoot at no cost to see if the quality of my work meets your requirements and it also allows me an opportunity to see if the arrangement is suitable.

Professional photographer starting a small business. My portfolio includes many aspects of photography. I often look for unique angles or to add elements of interest that help the image tell a story with my images. Also I recently did a similar project for a construction company. My thought would be to spend sometime scouting each location and then an hour photographing each subject at the right times. I live close to the city so my travel costs would be negligible.
