Changing/moving elements on a pdf file to match a different one

***This will be a LOW budget project!!
***Required to be completed within an hour (I have a total of 3-5 hour time frame though) !! Should not take any more time than that!
1. TWO files will be given. Please note that I one ends in ...[url removed, login to view] and one in ...[url removed, login to view]
2. I will be saying that ...[url removed, login to view] is the image that I want the final file to look like.
3. What I need to be completed is an element/text from ...[url removed, login to view] to be moved over to ...[url removed, login to view] and replaced on the ...[url removed, login to view] file.
4. Then a few dates within the ...[url removed, login to view] file will need to be changed.
That is all, but I need the PDF file to have no other elements/sizes/fonts changed. It must match almost 100% accurately to the original ...[url removed, login to view] file except the changes. Placement of elements or change of dates must have correct height to original file.
Only looking to pay $10, but for a very good designer willing to do this VERY VERY easy job if you are familiar with photoshop. Must be good feedback.
