CIA(adaffix) data crawling -- 2

Hi, I need to crawl the data from adaffix server of CIA whois lookup mobile app. I will query the unknown numbers and get the response of owner regarding that unknown number. I Need valid API documantion or PHP script that connects to their adaffix server and get the owner data of unknown number. The mobile application i mention is at : [login to view URL] i need the api documantation to connect their adaffix server by php(curl)GET method to know owner names of unknown numbers. Probably needs reverse-engeenering of mobile application to know it. Please bid if you can do this job successfully. [login to view URL] As this screenshot shows, this mobil app displays the owner data of unknown number when a call came to phone. it connects to adaffix server and retrieves the unknown number owner data during phone calling. the thing i want is, to use the similar work on my php based website. The visitor enters the unknown number in my website and press the query button and then the result regarding that unknown number will be shown to that visitor(the result data will be taken from this mobil app server). This is what i want to do. If you dont understand please contact me. IMPORTANT NOTE: I heard that the android codes of mobile app are obfuscated. So the person that is interested in this project, must rule on how to solve the obfuscated codes in Android apps.
