Due to client demand, i require a custom wordpress template made that will be unique to us. This will be a blog type, retina-ready and fully responsive, that can be used for clients projects, or distributed commercially. Must pass all requirements for commercial distribution, W3C and wordpress, have full documentation,psd files, source codes. I will own full rights, to use, or distribute as i wish. If your work is satisfactory, you may be hired on permanent basis to provide future upgrades. As part of terms of awarding this project, you will not re distribute this work under any circumstance.
