I wish to have a website much like Angie's list or Yelp or local.com. I have the rating system already that can work with any wordpress theme but I need to develope a template that I can use on several sites that I will be buildiing. it must be wordpress based as the rating system will only work on these types of system. I want an optional signup for membership area. I need to be able to have a drop down box with the type of business etc. it must have everexpanding pages that will be added everytime a consumer wants to review a business. If you go to these sites, you will see what I'm looking to do. IT MUST BE SEO FRIENDLY. Please quote based on your experience with WordPress and building themes along with examples of your work.
