Hi, I have understood the idea of matching the individuals in your site. Actually it would work like the linked in matches 2 individuals if they are in connection. The algo is nothing but the comparison matched with the profile filled up things. Well, since it is a concept of social networking and our company has experts to do that, since we have achieved that in our past so I am 100% confident to accomplish this task with perfection. I would prefer to write the algo in C++ or Java. We are a company which is a partner of Microsoft and pursuing our QA with Capgemini as a CMMI Level 3 company.
