App system

Hi I'm looking for a someone who can build a system for us. we have clients that are not getting paid by their costumers we want that our clients can login on our management system. When our clients logged in then they need to start a case they will be taken to the form so they can fill out their costumers information and then when they submit that information form needs to automatically generate that information to the pdf invoice. and also send automatically directly to their costumer email and one submitted copy to us. Invoice needs to be with our logo our address and etc. when our client wants to submit on our form it needs to create automatically a id number with their username like username is david and when he submits first time the id number will be david123 and when he submits again next time id number will be david124 on our clients account also needs to be when after the submission so our client can go to the page and see what our client submitted with the button so our client can stop the case pause the case and resume the case when our client wants to pause the case it needs to send notification to us we also want that our clients can see their reports on their account like on the image example we need to have that feature so we can update their reports through our wordpress dashboard by choosing the username we are always using wordpress you can make the system in english later i will translate everything in dutch and i will help you translate from dutch to english like example on the image everything is in dutch this example image is taken from the another website but we would like to have this system also on our website We already have a website ready but only what we are missing is this system we are offering 500 euro
