83618 Resale Shop PHP script needed

I would like to set up a resale shop on the net. Something like [url removed, login to view] but slighly different. What I need: Visitors can sign up for a "Consignment" account, post items up for resale, their account would allow them to: Sign up for an account. (once approved they will be able to): Post new items. Delete items. Upload images Put in a description of the product Select from various 'conditions' (Brand New, Excellent, Slight Staining, Play clothes) Users set their own price of the item They set shipping price They will also be able to view their account and how much money they have it there. Example: Date: 2/25/02 Purchase of $12.96 You are due 60% which is: $7.78 Purchaser Info: Mary Tyler Moore 1234 Las Vegas Blvd. San Diego, CA 90210 they will have the option of selecting the following: Item Shipped __ If this is checked it will be deleted from their account. (no longer viewable) You currently are owed: $7.78 Other visitors looking for resale clothing/items will be able to: Browse my categories: Girls, Boys, Women, Maternity, Men etc... They can also see items by a certain consigner by clicking on a link under one of their items, tell a friend option and add items to their shopping cart. Admin: We collect payment from buyers we then send the consigner their 60% due them (this will be done through paypal or a payment by mail) Ability to delete items, change items, post our own items up for sale. Mass mail all consigners. Shopping Cart: This is the tricky part, once someone adds and item to their cart and checks out the consigner must get an email as well as I get one. The item in turn must be taken off the site since it is no longer for sale. NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS EVER SENT TO THE CONSIGNER OR ADMIN. Credit card details must be easily accessed via the admin area only by me. Take a look at [url removed, login to view] and you will see what I mean when you see items up for sale. I am only asking for scripts to be made, site design would be done by me. There will probably be more but this is all I can think of at the moment. Post to the boards if you have any questions.
