298313 Text Justification routines

This is an easy project for someone who knows what they are doing. I just need a subroutine written in Perl that will accept certain parameters (font, string, line width, fill character) as input and return an array or string that has been formatted to be fully justified when printed at that line width. The fill character will be added to the beginning of the string as many times as needed in order to cause the string to be right justified.
